About Don and Doff Orthotics
Founded in 2012, Don and Doff Orthotics was established by Anastasia Stefanis to make orthotic services more accessible for children, adults and families living with disability, mobility challenges and complex health conditions.
Anastasia provides personalised lower limb orthotic care with a flexible approach, offering appointments both at The Physio, Rehab & Health Clinic in Carlton and through a mobile service within a 30km radius. Home visits, school visits and community-based appointments help make accessing care easier for individuals and their support networks.
The focus of Don and Doff Orthotics is to help people improve mobility, comfort, independence and participation in everyday life through tailored orthotic and assistive technology solutions. Every assessment and recommendation is guided by the individual's needs, goals and lifestyle.
Services are available for a wide range of conditions, including cerebral palsy, stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, developmental neurological conditions, contracture management, flat feet, diabetes, lymphoedema, lipedema and other complex mobility needs.
For NDIS participants, Anastasia provides orthotic assessments and written evidence to support assistive technology funding and inclusion within NDIS plans.
